By creating an account or using CircleBoard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CircleBoard.
CircleBoard is a private board for small friend groups (circles). You are responsible for who you invite and what you share within your circles.
We may update the app over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You keep ownership of posts and other content you create. By posting, you grant CircleBoard a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content to members of your circles so the app can function.
Posts expire from the live board per our product rules; expired posts may remain visible in your circle's History section.
Do not use CircleBoard to harass others, post illegal content, spam, or attempt to break or abuse the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account). We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CircleBoard is provided without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
